Won’t connect
I’ve connected my phone to my camera’s wifi multiple times and it still won’t show its connected through the app. I tried leaving feedback in the app with my email because there’s no customer support email anywhere, but even that wouldn’t let me submit the feedback. Useless unless this bug is fixed__mikey____
Broken, Don’t waste your time.
Got the app for my Neweer G1 action camera. In the instructions I was told I could use this app to transfer video from the camera to my device using the camera’s wifi connection. I downloaded the app, gave access to my precise location and all my photos, and after that and selecting the device that would apparently connect to my camera, I only received a pop up saying “Go to wifi settings to connect your device” even though I’m already connected. Restarted the app and my device, and my camera’s wifi, even tried all the other options for action cameras. Nothing.
Has a video editor too, which is also a waste of time because it’s a worse version of what you get in the photos app.
Don’t waste your time, this app is probably just gathering data from the people who end up giving the app the very lengthy list of permissions it somehow requires to transfer data from an action camera.Show lessKaoticcreeper24

Good thing I bought this h9r camera. Connect to wifi fine but the app doesn’t work and doesn’t recognize the camera is connected to the phone via wifi.

Used to work years ago, now it won’t connect to my phone. Says to connect to phone using wifi, but the option isn’t even available when I go to my phone’s settings. Also requiring to access my location. Why? Complete trash app, may as well toss the camera as no other app will work with it.bellnghmrider

Doesn’t work
Firstly like many questionable Chinese apps they need full access to your location for the app to even click on anything. Then once you provide them access you will discover that the app won’t connect to the camera anyways.Ron5544
Rubbish
Keeps telling me to Connect to the camera in Wi-Fi settings…. I have and it doesn’t do anything else. Would avoid this app and developer as they don’t provide upkeep on the app or respond to users reviews.skilleri0us
Useless
Unfortunately I’m unable to show the pictures of the Connection in WiFi on my iPhone, nor the ridiculous message, within the app,”Go to settings> WiFi and connect your camera” 🤦♂️or the message that reads “ please allow location access”
Trust me, the camera shows up in WiFi, I know because I’m on 4G. It even stated on the camera “WiFi connection ready!” However annoyingly frustrating this pathetic cam is, owned this 5 years or more used twice and this is the second attempt. All because of the developers incessant need to do nothing, it’s useless by definition, as the cam in unjoinable ( you see so annoyed I’m inventing words) technically the cam is connected to its own WiFi yet not visible through the Not So EZ iCam.
Not worth the stress, be wary of any app that start with EZ, Easy, Simple, PoP😡 because it’s not.
So back in the box yet again for another 3 years until such time I forget how frustratingly retarded the cam is the next time I think,’ oh I know I have a 4K cam somewhere and charge it up😏.

The WiFi part of the camera is very confusing when I try to join my cameras WiFi it asked for a password but I was never given a password for the WiFi so I’m not sure we’re to get it.king of the sloths
