    On Saturday, April 13 at 7:57 PM I purchase three of the ghost tacos got home opened up my box and my bag. My tacos were not filled with enough lettuce and tomatoes. They were dry. I had no sauce they didn’t offer any type of sauce for them, and it was supposed to be ghost pepper cheese. I never tasted the ghost pepper cheese, my french fries that I got on the side they were cold because I started eating them on the way home so the whole meal was absolute bust for today. I will never get those ghost tacos and french fries again from Dairy Queen.

  • What app are y’all using?

    It’s 2024 and this app is mostly the same as it was 3 years ago and severely behind many other restaurant chain’s offerings in regards to apps. In 2024, I shouldn’t have to take pics of receipts for rewards and I should be able to order ahead thru the app. Furthermore, about 1/3 of the time my receipts uploaded for rewards get rejected - no reason outside of “invalid” - even though they’re over $5, clearly show the location, order with subtotal/total etc. Lastly the app shows $5 rewards ready for redemption but the outdated way the app works if you go to redeem it starts a timer and if it’s not successfully redeemed during that time frame you lose the reward. The problem is, you don’t know if you actually HAVE the reward because today (for instance) when I went to use it, I got a popup saying I couldn’t because transactions credited in the issued reward are still pending - so why issue the reward if it isn’t ready to use? Or why not have a pending banner over it? It’s beyond me how this app has a 4.8 - either people don’t understand how the rating system works, they’re being extremely nice which is to the detriment of serious changes that need to be implemented being implemented or they’re never used any other restaurant app because this is by far one of the worst, respectfully.

    Ordered an old-fashioned #1 (Hunger Buster meal) with cheese and a sm blizzard. Asked for extra pickles and crispy fries, and I got them both. It was lunchtime so had to wait for a while in the drive thru before I could order but nothing unacceptable. Gal that took my order (Marianna?) was pleasant and thorough. My food was freshly made, hot and tasty and my order was correct!! My fountain Dr Pepper was good!! Not too watered down or too syrupy. 👍
    The only thing I would suggest is that you make and give the blizzard/dessert WITH the food vs before so that it’s not already melting by the time I get my food.
