Just terrible
All across the board! Ordered in the app for delivery and it sat up for a half an hour because no one showed up to pick it up for delivery so finally when I call customer service the guy just issues a refund doesn’t ask me if I wanna continue with my order doesn’t change the status in the app or anything. Something in the food comes in hour late with the whole missing hamburger and the driver refused to answer the phone and deliver it to my downstairs neighbor. Needless to say, I contacted the restaurant and there was yet another delivery driver picking up my order, but in the app, it said that my order has been delivered. So the other delivery driver never showed up and since the app never changed my original order information I of course cannot contact the new delivery driver so basically the new order never showed up that was my third time delivery app using. And all three times there was a problem I’m not using the app ever again. Thanks for nothing Whataburger. Just terrible and a total waste of time.
