Hard on the eyes and not easy to find external transfer page
Green on white might look nice, but tough on my old eyes. The basic functions are easy to find, but to get to the external transfer page and to make changes or edit to currently ongoing transfers, i had to dig which becomes frustrating.elk2020

Love this app, instead of calling for my balances or for transferring money from one account to another, I can also have my statements on hand to check that I have paid all my bills and haven’t missed any of them.njcraftygal
Issue with app freezing while Loading
The mobile app has some severe issues when navigating within the bill payment pages. When moving from the payment window back to the list of payees it often goes to “Loading” mode from which it cannot recover. This forces the user to close the app and log in multiple times during what should be a single session.Show lessTwo scientists

I bank with PFCU, obviously, I like how I can do everything I need to do from the app, I have applied for loans, uploaded the required documents, etc all from the app. For someone who is busy and don’t have the time to go to the bank and get this done, the app has been a life and time saver.J4yc3n
