Horrible app
Debits don’t come out on a timely manner,i basically have to use my pass book along with the app to keep track of debits and credits,it’s annoying because some thing will stay pending for 3 plus daysdacoolbreeze1
it works
i find that the app is generally very basic and almost outdated. for a while, i had issues logging in for absolutely no reason because after the update several months later i logged in just fine. some of the modals don’t work from time to time and navigation can be a little less self-explanatory than is ideal, but otherwise it’s a fine app and it works for the things i need.Show lessxbinus0345
More than one account
I have a business account and personal checking account with this bank. Since the new integration of both services into one app, I’ve been unable to access my business account remotely and can only access it on a computer after logging in with my credentials for that specific account. The new interface for the app upgrade allows for facial recognition to sign in, but automatically signs me into my personal account and will not allow my business account info to be viewed even if I log out of one and sign in to the other.
Suggestions:
1) better roll out for the new app- I was not notified of the change over in any way
2)make it so we can link multiple KEARNY accounts within the app.Show lesslemmiwinks.
