Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
Every synth,beat making,effects, etc app should gravitate to Auria and become fully compatible in terms of Midi and audio copy/paste capabilities. Auria working with AudioCopy and/or AudioBus is how I do it. Now, Auria on its own....Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
ambitious to a fault
I think this app would be top notch... if only the iPad had enough processing power to handle it. As it stands currently, I see my 50 dollars as an investment, and am looking forward to the day that there is a tablet that can actually run this without getting overloaded when a second track is added. I'm using the iPad air 2 and have had nothing but problems. Maybe the iPad Pro is the ticket? I guess some day when I can afford one Ill find out.

The gold standard for iOS recording
Well I guess there's a whole load of people out thinking 'shall I take the plunge'.
This beast is so powerful and versatile I'm continuously astounded by what it can do.
I think a high proportion of people serious about IOS music creation are going to end up buying this at some point anyway so my advice is yes, take the plunge.
Its 'mixing desk' look and feel may indicate it's aimed at more purist musicians with guitars & microphones but don't let that fool you, the midi control capabilities are well geared for EDM, or versatile combinations of both.
Some of the instrument samples are a bit mmm but hey, there's always module etc.
With audio units implementation in the pipeline the it's going to get even better.
If it's daunting at first, please know there's a whole army of iOS musicians generously sharing their knowledge and tips on the Auria Pro & Audiobus forums, and at the Soundtestroom and other sites. Their help has been invaluable to me.

Outstanding
This is an absolutely superb piece of software. I'm using it on iPad Air with Focusrite's iTrack Dock and the recording quality is outstanding. The app is easy to use, sounds great and includes bags of features I wouldn't have expected at the price. Great value for money and a really well thought out, intuitive app. For less than ยฃ40 I now have a fully functioning multitrack recorder on my iPad with great effects, dynamics & eq on every track, loads of tracks, midi capabilities and bags more. 20 years ago I was recording on a 4 track tape machine that cost 10 times the price of this app. I loved it, but I love this more. Highly recommended. Well done to the developers.

Outstanding App.
I have used the standard version for a while now as my main DAW But this Pro Version takes things to a new level. Full MIDI tracks with piano roll and the sample playback with many free banks and synths built in sound great.

Amazing!
The best 'Pro Tools' equivalent for iPad. Works well on older iPads, like my iPad Air, but the size of the iPad Pro makes it a joy to use. The plugins add extra effects, midi a new addition with different instrument samples, long sliders in portrait, editing features, the diverse range of interfaces available and forum support make it a recommended app for professional audio recording and editing.

Having Auria Pro takes it to the level that I have wanted iOS Daws to be for many years, the future has arrived, (dreams can come true).
The only thing it's not going to do is write your songs/music for you, (yes there are apps that do that).
Auria Pro, is excellent!
I'm not going to put down other Daws just to make it sound better, it's doesn't need that, to be.
This is the next level. I'm not going to tell you to buy, but let's put it this way, it is very very rare that I write a review in the Store.
This app/iDaw can only get better.
If, and I say if, you are serious about what you do on an audio/video level, then this is serious too. :)
