It took me 2 years to find an app that can do this for free. You can use any picture and it will add a border so that when you apply it, he iPhone zooms past the border and fits your phone.Ericthturner

This app doesn’t work anymore!
Don’t bother downloading this app! Worked fine when I first downloaded it - just now when I tried to edit a photo to use as wallpaper, I basically couldn’t do anything - couldn’t zoom or scale, and when I previewed and selected “done”, it took me to a video game screen I couldn’t get out of. Either iOS 11 has broken the app or it’s been hijacked. Don’t bother!Show lessterrilee_nc
Lowers Resolution of Photo
Good and simple app, easy to use. It's nice that you are able to preview what it will look like on your screen. Only downside is the final product lowers the resolution of the photo (its less sharp).Bowchica wowow
