This company is a scam. They sell faulty products that fail and they promise a warrant replacement but ghost your emails.
Their software and Hub have questionable security and privacy with company employees having the ability to connect to the hub remotely.
Their software also is very basic, stuck in the 2010s with no new features.

It seems there might have been a misunderstanding regarding the remote access functionality. Both the Raspberry Pi-based Connect and the new Connect U1 do not have remote access capabilities, so it would be technically impossible for our employees to access your system remotely. The Raspberry Pi-based Connect includes anonymous logging of connectivity events solely to provide technical support upon request. Additionally, this logging can be disabled on the firewall if needed. As for the Connect U1, it has resolved the Bluetooth connection reliability issues experienced with the Raspberry Pi-based Connect under certain conditions, and it no longer logs technical support events. We also sincerely apologize for the delay in organizing the replacement units. We’ve now contacted you by email to resolve this matter promptly. Regarding updates, we’re sorry to hear you haven’t found the recent improvements worthwhile. Over the years, we’ve released numerous updates to both hardware and software. A notable example is the Smart Shades 3, launched last year, which includes built-in Zigbee support and soon-to-be-released Matter support.
