Not working since update
I updated yesterday and now the remote control is no longer working. I just ordered 3 more M2s yesterday when it was working so really really hoping I can figure this out!! Very annoying! I’m going to try deleting and reinstalling the app I really really hope I don’t need to readd all my accessories if I do but nothing else is working. I deleted all my remotes to try fix it but now I can’t readd them. I tried turning the hub off and on and that isn’t working either. I’m frustrated!Show lessBest camera on the market
I have literally hundreds of cameras from blink, Wyze, ring, sightbulb, cloudedge. This is the only one that works out of the box without a subscription to detect humans. so it is the most useful because if I subscribe to the subscription of all my cameras, I would pay hundreds a month. I can just check this one to see the actual interesting times and then if necessary go back to any other camera at that time.Show lessRequires Major Work to make it robust
This software is absolutely useless for configuring Aqara FP2 Sensors.
It requires numerous attempts to even make the connection to the WiFi network.
Once a device is connected, it’s hit and miss whether it will retain any changes made to its Name or those of the Light Sensor or the Occupancy Sensor!
Even if it retains those changes, it frequently (almost always) fails to bind.
Then it fails to update the firmware!
Additionally, it delivers meaningless error messages such as “The network is abnormal, please try again(Network—1001). What is this meant to mean?
So far, I have one of a three-pack configured correctly and updated to the latest firmware; one that is configured correctly but WILL NOT update to the latest firmware; and the third WILL NOT bind with the configured changes. Absolute nightmare!
The app is inconsistent, unreliable and prevents the adoption of the product!Show less
