Can only buy lifetime plan before doing anything else in app. Literally can’t do anything else.
Not sure if this is a bug, but my subscription expired at some point and I have a notification dot on the app. All I wanted to do was clear the notification, but the only thing I can do is purchase a lifetime license. As soon as I open the app, it takes me through 11 pages of on boarding then I get the black Friday offer. I click on look at other plans and the only one that’s offered to me is the full pricelifetime plan. No monthly, nothing else. There is no close button to get out of this loop. Closing the app and restarting just restart the whole thing. Not sure if after going to the other plans page that the black Friday offer banner at the top is blocking the exit plan purchase button.

When it works- its the gold standard
Update: Existing widgets work, but new ones fail to be created properly. I cannot choose what they show.
It’s very difficult to write this review. Every other update, I seem to have an issue with the camera widgets which are SO important to me, that I can’t deny it’s frustrating. When the update is good however, the app is a dream and really is the gold standard of HomeKit setup apps.

Red flags
Flag 1. Only way to determine cost is download…flag 2 no free version. Short trial is transitional to a costly annual subscription..flag 3 tried contacting by email and received automated response that they don’t answer emails …just imagine wonderful support after paying 129 for an app ! 3 strikes your out. No thanks
