I love the remote controller for off my phone to the TV is so cool but the apps on it wouldn’t work. I read a three star because you know it’s not like you know it doesn’t work or anything. It just doesn’t work perfectly but for anything else like for me like turning it up or turning it down or you know pausing it and if I can’t find where I’m remote controller I always hop onto this like right now. I don’t have my remote controller My BrotherMy Brother keep losing it and you know every time we find it he loses it so you know this is why I downloaded the remote control but it doesn’t work often. It doesn’t work amazingly and I love it.Show lessGreat
This is great because it helps work the tv if you can’t find the remote or if your remote is Broken one thing I don’t like is the adds every time I’m typing things a add just pops up even if it’s a add on the tv but there are many more things about this app the premium is a little cheap it usually works on my brother tv because his remote broke after someone bent the top of it I hop it gets some updates soon so they can take the adds off so me and my sister won’t get mad all the time that is the only reason I put a four at rate I really hope that everybody gets this app if they lost there remote or broke it it would be a good app I looked and looked for apps until I found it I was so happy thanks again Roku I love this app just pls take the adds off it’a remote pls thanks a lot a just love the app tho I just want you guys to know what I’m trying to say to the people that one day uses this app and love itShow lessRoku Why &Why not:I
I have had a few Roku devices over the last few years .
Originally I found the products reliable and user friendly and when I had issues customer service was a phone call and a five minute fix.
Now days it seems things have changed, for example: if you have need for technical support, you will not find a phone number for tech-support, in fact, you will end up on the website with a technical chat advisor and before they connect you with someone that can”help” you with your technical issues you will have to provide payment information. I believe that Roku has gotten a bit greedy and buyers need to be where purchasing their television sets might limit your freedom of choice when it comes to streaming outside of your Roku subscription, which the way things are going, they’re almost pressuring you to have to use your new TV. The price for their large flat screens TV is awesome, but the catch is if you have an issue, you’re going to have to pay in order to figure it out, unless you happen to be savvy enough on your ownShow less
