Disappointed

This app has got rid of all the functions it used to have including email and print etc. I have a document which I scanned; now I can’t get it emailed or printed. now we have to pay or upgrade to get them done. I have already paid for this app years ago. Now they have changed their condition. Getting rid of this as of today.

Very bad

Tried to cancel and months later I’m still being charged £9.99 a month, I can’t find the option to cancel anywhere nor can I easily access support to help with the issue, it’s just a bunch of articles with long winded instructions on what to do, which no one has the time to read. Have been charged £30/40 so far for an app I don’t use and can’t get any help whatsoever to cancel it. So far wasted an hour this evening trying to sort this out.

There should just be a ‘cancel subscription’ button like every other normal app. Can’t cancel through apple either. Very annoyed.

Each to their own

I have enrolled in the seven-day trial of this application. However, I intend to cancel the trial. I encountered difficulties when attempting to send a scanned document of 55 pages converted to a PDF via email. Despite multiple attempts, the transmission has been unsuccessful. Regrettably, I am unable to allocate additional time to troubleshoot the application's functionality.

Won’t let me cancel

I want to cancel my subscription but it won’t let me without an email address…but there is no way to sign up for one. The email address I try to enter won’t work and they won’t let me reset a password…I try to reset but they don’t send anything to my email. I can’t make an account. It’s so frustrating. I just want to cancel my subscription.

If you have iOS 13 or higher, please open the App Store app, tap your account's icon at the top part of the screen and then tap Subscriptions. As the next step please choose a subscription you want to manage and select the Cancel subscription option. Hard to use! Time consuming! Should be easier!

I set up a folder for the scans. But they don’t go in it!
After moving each page one at a time as cannot move a group, I selected them all to merge to make one pdf but only 4 of the 27 pages merged. Did it again and 9 merged but in different page order! So had manually rearrange the page order on the laptop as not possible to move them within the app as cannot see the real page order… taken a long time when it should be easier!

There are two ways to reorder scanned pages: 1) tap and hold at the preview on the Camera screen, then move it the way you want or drag down to delete the page; 2) tap the "Reorder" icon during editing.
