  • Having problem with my app

    I have been been going to the bank for the past 10 days to resolve My Ecobank app still is not been done. I have gone there several times. I did not know what to do now I’m going back to the bank again to confirm what is going on and I have to leave the country in less than three days. I’ve been going to the bank for 10 days and still is not been done. You guys need to have an IT specialist in your bank not customer service doing the job of an IT I don’t see where people cannot provide an IT specialist in the bank down for letting customer care service consumer to be doing an IT store for consumers of the app is from the bank where you have a problem they can fix I don’t know what is going on in this country Nigeria), that everybody is a boss on his own. You can’t treat people the way they areright now I’m tired of you peoples up is Guy) time to delete it off my phone

    Recently the app shuts down my phone entirely when I try to make a transaction at dawn especially, so I deleted the app thinking it might be a bug redownloaded it now I was logged out of my account had to go to the bank just to reset my pin, how can’t I reset my pin on the app shocking!! but that’s the least of the problems after resetting and activating my account I’m able to transact on the app I tried performing a transaction at dawn my phone shuts down again completely. This is ridiculous how is a mobile banking app shutting down an iPhone 11 Pro Max completely!! this beats me, this app is just useless too many transactional problems you’d be debited and the balance won’t reflect, it’s just one issue to the other

    I’ve been using this app for a while now and no problem but the issues I’ve been experiencing recently is really something, my Ecobank app got deleted and I redownloaded it but they refused for me to login and when I use the same way I used in login in, the app will go off but when I use another country to try to login it doesn’t go off. What should I do?
