Customers must be able to do more than just sending money, we must be able to review our information and make changes when needed. I need to send message to an RM before edits can be done on my account when I am not available.
Your Whatsapp chat is also another problem, why keep customers glued to the only contact they have on their account, the only contact that whatsapp can be connected to. What if that line has been hacked and needs assistance, I am to confirm a link or whatsoever that is sent to that number.
Anytime I try to deposit money from mobile money, I am restricted from using my MTN number because they say that's what I registered my account with but you have a drop-down Manu one can choose for other networks but I can't edit the phone number to that other network, so what's the use of give option to choose from other network providers but can't change the number to my preferred network?Show lessNana Nhyira Ba

Alternatively, if the phone number on your account is active or on roaming services, you can link your other wallets to your account using our USSD *776# platform by following the steps below to facilitate your transfer: Dial *776#. Lodged a complain about my inability to access the app after change of number due to migration. Was told my account has been updated with the new number so can access the app. But once I key in my number and account number, then there’s an error pop up. Please try and help us fix this because it is really frustrating. The app was very efficient when I was in Ghana but here in abroad, it has become difficult even to login. Unreliable
Not all the features work. And the Help Desk has proven to be the easiest job in existence. Every ticket that I’ve submitted requesting help has been closed within minutes but no help has been given and nothing was fixed.Charli246
