I am a child who’s strict parents installed this on their phone. I don’t understand why this exists. As one of the previous reviews stated, a parent-child relationship should be based around trust. Monitoring everything they do on their phone is an absolute trust breaker. I should be able to decide when to tell my parents certain things, they shouldn’t find out by looking through my personal items. Children deserve privacy as well. This review was kind of rushed so I apologize if it isn’t the best quality.Show lessCairo^^

Owner supports israel and the app is horrible as well, i cannot use apps and they are constantly monitoredopiumbaddie_

This app works well and does what it is supposed to. However, on the child’s iPhone, there is no way for Norton Family to be set as the default browser, and Norton Family will not automatically open links from emails, other apps, etc. (confirmed via Norton online support chat). This means web links, etc., need to be copied from the email, then pasted into the Norton Family browser, which is clunky and onerous. I’m grateful for the support and security The app provides, but I will update this star rating if the functionality and efficiency improves to make it easier to use.
UPDATE: Thanks for your reply to this review, Norton, but I’m not on Facebook or Twitter. Let me know another way to contact you if you want more info about this concern.
I’ve also reduced my rating by one star today, because the app keeps blocking websites in permitted categories.Show lessAndy Jmy

My apps disappear for no known cause and some don’t do harmful things so deep within my heart please reappear my apps that are secure and safe and also if you live up to your name safety make apps reappear and not disappear I will highly appreciate it thanks

I know others left reviews but no not get the app!! It is not easy to uninstall, messes everything up if you search for pictures you can’t see them even on social platforms, if you have an iPhone you have to log into your Apple ID every time your parents turn off your phone, you can’t really do anything with this app, messes up your WiFi and everything, protects the most useless’s things ever, just don’t bother getting the app for your kids or anyone.Show lessDoll1e1247

Can’t use Teams for school properly
This app doesn’t allow me to use school software like Teams or send messages for school via Teams. I can’t even respond to teachers! So frustratingOooh yeeaahh
