Love, but would like some export customisation
Love this app!! I’ve tried a few other apps that serve the same purpose, but this one definitely allows me the most freedom in picking videos (e.g. sometimes i like to do more than one a day). One feature I’d love to see is being able to edit the date (e.g. scale, location, format) as it often get’s cropped out in instagram reels in it’s current position in the bottom left corner :/

Yay! It’s working again!!
I am THRILLED this is working again!! I had to switch to a new app when it stopped working but love this one so much better. Thank you so much for bringing it back! It’s my absolute favorite app and holds all cherished moments. Our favorite thing to do as a family is watch videos from vacations/trips/events and then watch a compilation at the end of each month and a big one on NYE! It’s one of our favorite traditions to bring in the new year. My kiddos will access my photos and rewatch the videos over and over. These videos are priceless and I’m so grateful to have a way to document!

Disappointing update
I am a big fan of this app but after recently updating via the App Store it completely deleted all previous work. I’m sure there’s a way you can update your app without doing this or letting people know before they update. Hate this
Can't Open
Can't open the app without it crashing. Very frustrating considering the how pricey this app can get.
deleted all my videos and can’t make new ones!
I love this app but it has a lot of issues since I updated the software on my iPhone, the app deleted all my videos and it won’t let me make new ones either - it comes up with an error message. It’s done this before and I let it slide because I enjoyed this app so much I bought the pro version hoping it won’t happen again but it did... I reached out but not heard anything in back in two weeks. I would like a refund please

Doesn’t work
Every time I try to create a video, so like for the month, when I go to share it, it just says error every-time. It won’t let me add any music, overall don’t think it’s that good for the £25. Seemed fine until I actually wanted to create a video then went downhill from there. Think there’s better apps out there for similar price, I only tried the free trial thankfully, so I’ll be cancelling so I don’t get charged.

It needs an option to just make the video either just using videos or both

Love the concept but incredibly slow
I’ve had this app for 3-4 years now, pay for it every year, but recently it has just gotten incredibly slow. Trimming a :01 clip takes 5 minutes or more with my phone just sat there open, draining battery, not ability to look at anything else. Really wish y’all could speed this up, it’s easier and faster to just edit short clips in something like CapCut.

I’ve used for 3 years now, never lost a video. Perfect functionality without upselling.
I love this app. The clips feel inconsequential when you upload them and then you watch them all together at the end of the year and it’s a tear jerker. Even if you miss a day or two a week it’s such a cool look at your year. Has really helped me capture moments in my life I’d otherwise lose.
Updated & lost everything!!!
Normally I love this app! But yesterday I updated the app and lost my entire years worth of footage!!!!! Even logging out and back in again has done nothing! Extremely upset 👎🏻😭
