Doesn’t work
Just as other reviewers stated, this app doesn’t work how it’s supposed to. I’m able to login to my account for months and months and then all of a sudden one day is starts saying my password is wrong even though it’s not. Then when I try to change the password, it tells me that it doesn’t recognize my username, email, etc so I can’t even fix it. And it says contact customer support but there’s no customer support. I tried emailing someone months ago and never heard back. Ridiculous. I should’ve switched banks a long time ago. This bank has no clue.Show lessTingfjkfffjj
Major Issues
For the past two weeks I have been having more issues than I have ever had with this app. First, it said my password was incorrect and made me reset it even though it was the right one. After that, it all went downhill from there. Since then, I have been able to login successfully to my account about 10 times to check my balance, however, now whenever I try to login in, it is now constantly saying that my credentials are possibly wrong and that I should contact Unico for support. However, they aren’t wrong, there are just some major bugs with logging in. Hopefully this will be fixed, if not then I will continue to be unable to login and check my balance.Show lessbrycedespain

Multiple occurrences of the app locking me out, saying my password was incorrect when it wasn’t. Never had this problem before when First Bank was our account holder before they sold their banks to Unico.the master32
