Login bugs abound
The app UI is decent enough, but login is very very buggy. Several times a month it will give an “unable to validate credentials” error. I use faceID to login but I also get the same error when typing in my credentials. I was told that it can happen when signal is lacking (this in itself is an issue that should be fixed) but it often does it when I’m on wifi as well. I have family and friends that use this bank and have mentioned having similar issues.
My one criticism of the bank itself is that they always seem to place the blame on the user and their device, which is why I am leaving this review instead, so maybe the actual techs will see it.
