Features: Anstaff “Check Free” Bill Pay is a free service that allows you to pay your bills online the fast and easy way. Anstaff “POP Money” allows “CheckFree” Bill pay users to pay anyone anywhere with just their cell phone number or email address with a current U.S. checking or savings account. Account to Account transfer: Move money between your Anstaff accounts or between banks. Contact:  Locate ATMs or branches and contact Anstaff Bank customer service directly from the app. Safe and Secure:  The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking by using advanced encryption technology.  The app also features a unique password setting you established inside internet banking that prevents unauthorized access. Getting Started:  To use the Anstaff Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as an Anstaff Internet Banking user.  If you currently use our Internet Banking simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.  After you successfully login to the app, your account and transactions will begin updating.

  • Must Log In Twice To Work

    Every single time I log in, it says, “We were unable to process your request…” Then the app refreshes, and I am able to log in. For some reason the app has to do a reload of some sort before it will let me log in, but it won’t reload until I have attempted to log in. So I have to log in twice every single time I want to use the app. It’s frustrating. Other than that, it seems to function fine.

  • Absolutely Trash Banking App

    Multiple times our Zelle feature has stopped working, preventing us from paying bills that require Zelle. When I call the number provided to fix the issue, I get put on hold for over an hour before talking to somebody - then get transferred back to the hold only to be hung up on! I’ve been loyal to this garbage bank for several years and now I’m going to find another.

  • No New App

    I do not want to buy a new phone just because Anstaff changed their app. I’m very happy with the phone I have. Please figure out a way for me to not have to upgrade. I don’t buy a phone every couple of years. I buy a phone when my phone is completely unusable. I am rating your new app a 1 because it is apparently not functional on the phone I have now. Thank you for reading my review.
