    Your app needs an update. It is not logging me in at all!
  • Technical errors every night

    There are technical errors all the time when trying to access this app at night. I work night shift and consistently am able to access my mobile banking through the app.

    Does a good job but I’d like to be able to change the names of my accounts from the app instead of having to use the website.
  • Disappointed

    When I first got my account I got the app and started using the online banking feature. At first it was super convenient and worked really well. Eventually I got a new phone and I had forgot my password so I had to reset my password. It was a long process but that makes sense it should be a secure process. Once I got the new password I logged in as able to use the app again with no problems. After some time the app stopped working entirely. I called multiple times and nobody is able to help me eventually they told me just to use the website. Using the website is less convenient but it was working then as I needed to deposit a check from my phone I realize that I couldn’t do that using the website it has to be done through the app I called again and they said that the app was working although it’s not working on my end. Nobody really knows what’s going on but I just can’t seem to get the app to work.

  • Customer service

    Not a company for me I’ve been with them for years and the service gets worse every year. They freeze my account on a weekly basis because I use my business debit card to much. To many other banks to choose from thanks but my money will be useable elsewhere.
  • Log in issue

    This is mostly of course towards the app itself, see I barely got my first debit card and I would log into this app to check my balance but it’s recently come to where it doesn’t allow me to log in. An error will pop up saying it’s unable to validate my information” at first I got scared but I’m seeing that most people are having a problem. It’s not only this app as well, I’ve downloaded 2 other apps and it says the same thing so I don’t know. I guess I have to physically go to get a receipt of my balance.

  • Randomly doesn’t work

    So all of a sudden I can’t use this app to transfer money because it says my login credentials are invalid. But its an app error and I can see by other reviews that it’s not a new issue. I also see that it’s a weekend related issue. Well here I am on Sunday, and I need to transfer money and make a payment(cell phone) and if I can’t transfer money then my auto pay will not go through tomorrow morning. Also I live rural so if I can’t login and check my balance then I can’t take the chance to drive to a gas station because I might not get back home if there is not enough money in my checking account. Also I can’t transfer money from savings to checking at the ATM because I set this up for security reasons. So now I could potentially be stuck on my property isolated in the forest with no cell phone service.

  • Needs a fix bad!

    Horrible doesn’t update in time, if I make a withdrawal or a deposit it takes more than 48 hours to show on my account I had to switch to the bank because it was the only reliable reason in my area saddens me please fix it
  • Login bugs abound

    This review is going to be strictly about the app itself and not with the bank.

    The app UI is decent enough, but login is very very buggy. Several times a month it will give an “unable to validate credentials” error. I use faceID to login but I also get the same error when typing in my credentials. I was told that it can happen when signal is lacking (this in itself is an issue that should be fixed) but it often does it when I’m on wifi as well. I have family and friends that use this bank and have mentioned having similar issues.

    My one criticism of the bank itself is that they always seem to place the blame on the user and their device, which is why I am leaving this review instead, so maybe the actual techs will see it.

  • A real problem

    I love FNBC, but also love my old iphone, and now I get an error message when I go to use the app, because I don’t download the newest version of the app?
    I like to check balance, ect.
