    I have been with FNBC for 20years + I have been very impressed with the customer support I have received!! Everyone I have done business with have been very polite,and helpful I cannot complain at all . I appreciate the help I have received on every aspect. I love the friendly attitude of everyone I have ever come in contact with. When I moved out if the town I had lived in for so many years, I was worried I might have to change banks mainly because I didn’t know if the new town had any FNBC banks but to my surprise they had just put in a new FNBC. And the help and support has been just as nice as the previous bank I had been dealing with. So glad to have someone who knows your name and speaks to you when you walk in!! I wouldn’t dare change banks even If they don’t have one close to where I live. Maybe one day people here where I live will see the need for a wonderful bank like I use and FNBC can build one closer to me. But until then I will keep my trusted bank and be very grateful for them!

  • Best Bank Ever!!!

    I love using FNBC mobile banking!!
  • Logging in on the weekends

    During the week, almost without fail, the app loads and works. However, on weekends, the app doesn’t load. The only actions I can complete are loading the flash screen and nothing more.

    This is also true for the bank’s website on my PC. I enter my password and I get a message that my information was invalid. I’ve had to request password resets at least a half dozen times.

    Bank has a habit of processing transactions several times and the app does not show running balance, impossible to determine balance when nothing works on weekends. Must have been charged hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. Can’t understand how to know actual balance when fees are charged.

  • Frustrating

    I hate that your app isn’t reliable. I hardly ever get to use it and end up having to call to speak to someone. I would call your banking information phone number but it doesn’t have a current balance ever. I love your bank! I just want a reliable app. I’m always having to change my password because it says I never have the right one. It’s saved into my phone each time. Today it says “I’m offline”, that’s not possible as all the other apps on my phone are working just fine with internet

    Great App that is easy to navigate!
  • Very frustrating

    This makes me so insanely fed up. Never works , online banking doesn’t work properly either. Dislike getting overdraft fees as you can’t check online banking to see your balance. Very annoying- it’s been this way for months.

    App will not download on my iPad. It tells me to open and it is the new version but when I open it I get bounced back to update. When I read the descriptions there is nothing new. Should have left the app alone!
  • Bill paying service.

    Your internet banking almost always breaks down at bill paying time. I don’t need that going on. I’m already about paying bills on time I don’t need the extra stress.
