Worst supplier. Do not order from them!!!
Review from a restaurant group with 5 outlets in the Bay Area. Honest experience
High hope for this start up but here are my experiences with them.
1. One out of three items are mistaken which require merchants to claim, email, chat in order to get a refund.
2. Even the return items, they will charge you first then refund as credits.
3. Price is a bit higher than Sysco or resto depot.
4. Always some mistakes with their orders.
5. 4 out of 5 delivery window is always late. Cheetah plus is a scam. They never arrive on time.
Their team (C/S in the Philippines and merchant support ) is the best but I feel like the owner does not care about their warehouse staff and their merchants.Show lessBob Dilokjeerapan
Delivery problem .

Over the years, we have developed a unique relationship of good business, trust, and partnership . We are impressed by your new system, it is comprehensive in allowing customers the ability to view all options. As for the delivery time , our business is open from 2 am until 10 am we would like to explore working around these hours. I was unable to leave a comment about our schedule on your order page .
