Worst supplier. Do not order from them!!!
Review from a restaurant group with 5 outlets in the Bay Area. Honest experience
High hope for this start up but here are my experiences with them.
1. One out of three items are mistaken which require merchants to claim, email, chat in order to get a refund.
2. Even the return items, they will charge you first then refund as credits.
3. Price is a bit higher than Sysco or resto depot.
4. Always some mistakes with their orders.
5. 4 out of 5 delivery window is always late. Cheetah plus is a scam. They never arrive on time.
Their team (C/S in the Philippines and merchant support ) is the best but I feel like the owner does not care about their warehouse staff and their merchants.

Delivery problem .
Good morning, it’s been our great pleasure to be in business with your previous owner for more than 20 years. Over the years, we have developed a unique relationship of good business, trust, and partnership . We are impressed by your new system, it is comprehensive in allowing customers the ability to view all options. As for the delivery time , our business is open from 2 am until 10 am we would like to explore working around these hours. I was unable to leave a comment about our schedule on your order page . Cheetah is the best by far
The app is super useful and efficient, but most importantly the company itself really cares about their customers. The level of service and dedication I’ve received from Cheetah has been unmatched, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Stay away from these guys, terrible driver attitudes for most of them. They act like they hate their job. Also 90% of the time they’re late!!!!! I wouldn’t use these guys unless absolutely necessary. You’ll be better off using the restaurant depot or food service stores. Insta cart is more efficient and timely then these guys

Greatest customer service & quality
There are several items we can’t get anywhere else. Their prices on most items are super fair, the few items that are high I still buy because it’s convenient and they are a great company. Delivery costs are reasonable and the order minimum for free delivery is realistic.
They adjust and evolve based on their customers feedback on their inventory and their app. Their customer service and response time is incredible. Plus, I’ve only ever had them make one mistake on my order. The rest of the time it was my error or my needs changing at the last minute and they still responded with incredible care and support.
Anyone who doesn’t want to fuss with costco for their home or owns a small business or wants really high quality food should use them.
I’d recommend Cheetah to anyone!

Greatest customer service!!!
Keep this short, their customer service is second to none. I’ve always been a face to face person in all my dealings, especially when it came to shopping and customer service. The pandemic forced me in to the world of online shopping and dealing with customer service, and I have to say it was disheartening until I had to call Cheetah and was surprised to finish the call smiling. Add this to the fact that a app that seems to get easier each week, both bulk and family size offerings, GREAT PRICES, and now delivery, this is a service that can’t be beat. The most amazing thing is that even now 6 months later from my first order, the customer service has only gotten better!!!

Easy to Use, Great Products
I highly recommend Cheetah! They have a fantastic selection of products and their app is simple and easy to use. Searching, browsing, building a shopping cart, placing orders is all a breeze with their service.
Amazing!
Best thing about the app is it saves me time by consolidating more of my vendors! Being a restaurant operator is tough as it is, might as well take advantage of this amazing service!
Excellent customer service
Every interaction I’ve had with the Cheetah team has been positive. The app is user friendly and it’s nice to have such a variety of products and quantities. The steaks I recently purchased were great quality and a great price. Being able to drive up and have groceries loaded contact free is ideal and I feel fortunate to be able to use Cheetah. Highly recommend!

Gets better and better
I’ve been using this app for two months. They keep making improvements and making it easier to grocery shop. It is very helpful that you can submit an order and make changes until the day of the order. Not going to the store saves so much time!! And the quality of the food is excellent.
