Can’t assign Nicknames
In the last couple of weeks, I have been unable to give a device a nickname (nor can I assign the correct type to the group)
It’s very annoying. I have a Pure Evoke Radio showing as “Other” with a meaningless device name.
Devices I have previously changed are still correct, but I can’t change those either. Doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad

6th update?, starting to lose count now, finally no crashing!?!!
Haven’t used it for more than 10 seconds. Fiddled to see that it seems ok …!!? Worked on Mac mini m1, iPad Pro 2nd gen, but for now, on iPhone SE current gen.. 🤷🏼♂️ not holding my breath. For now. That took a couple of months? to fix. Not ideal
The app is broken and no one is fixing it
The app can’t even be opened, it crashes within seconds of launching. This is a problem everyone seems to be having an yet it’s not being fixed. You literally can’t manage your system, why this isn’t a top priority and urgent fix is beyond me.

For some reason everything needs an iPhone app these days. The requirement for an app and an online account made setting up my NBN wi-fi unnecessarily complicated and is taking up storage space that my phone can’t spare. And of course they tried to sign me up to marketing emails. An app wouldn’t be complete without that feature. 🙄

App keeps closing, I’m forced to keep reinstalling
As title suggests, I will download the app and it will work for a bit. however, as soon as I try and open it a few hours later it will open to the dashboard and the app will suddenly close. My only temporary fix has been to constantly reinstall the app.
Constantly crashing
Getting really sick and tired of having to delete the app and reinstall every time I need to use it - which is often as I use it to manage my kids screen time! So many updates but still the same issue. Come on guys!!
App crashing
Constantly crashing after 2 seconds and only connecting to one of two ring cameras, half the lights in the house and two of three Alexa’s. Was going fine up until a couple of weeks ago. No Rebooting, deleting & reinstalling, power cycling etc is fixing it
Instant crashing
Seems to be a big bug right now, the app crashes immediately after opening. Can’t use it at all, needs a fix ASAP
Was amazing until…
This app was amazing until a few weeks ago. It worked brilliantly but now, each time I open it, it shuts off and has to be reinstalled! Every. Single. Time! This makes for tiresome use.
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing after about 1 second. Completely useless. Rang Aussie Braodband and they had no solution for this only to uninstall and reinstall.
Did this twice and on ths 2nd time it started working again but now it’s crashing again only a day later. Fix your app!!!
