HATE the new update

3/4 of this new home screen is filled with junk I care nothing about. It is very busy with too many colors and too much going on. There is a very small, about two inch, window at the bottom where I can scroll to find old puzzles, and part of that window is taken up with an ad that goes across the whole bottom width of the screen. I have a lot of uncompleted puzzles that I want to go back and work on, but it takes forever to scroll through this tiny space. Instead of the percentage, there’s a line underneath the picture. How the heck do I know how much of a completed puzzle that line represents? After watching the ad, it takes me into the App Store as if I want to buy the app. Trying to get out of the ad that pops up automatically after so many plays, the same thing happens. I do not want to buy anything - all I want to do is to get out of the ad back into the puzzle. Please go back to the old home screen and fix this problem with the ads. I hate this new update; I’m not playing anymore until it is fixed.

Hello! I am so sorry you are having trouble. I want to make sure we can address your concerns. You did mention it takes forever to find the categories you are wanting play. There are new features that allow you to search and filter the categories. This can be found at the top of the categories. You can Toggle On to show Completed Categories. You can also type the category you are looking for in the search bar. And you can mark categories as Favorites that will be grouped under the favorites section at the top. Just click the category you want to mark as favorite and hit the heart in the top left when the category mode page comes up. You mentioned the window to find categories is small and blocked by an ad. This should not be the case so there might be an issue occurring. Would you be able to send us a support email so that we can figure out and resolve this issue with you? To do this go to the the hamburger menu in the top right corner in the game. Then click SUPPORT. Then click send email. Please provide us with the type of device you are using and the iOS version. Word search SPAM CENTRAL

I love word search games this I have had on my phone for over a year and can only take MAYBE 7-10 minutes of playing before I get completely annoyed. They spam the crap out of you. After ever wrong move or even when you win a challenging boom you get spammed with an add or video that you can’t clic out of.
The have a question that says “do you want to watch a video for extra rewards” even if you click “NO” you will get the ad or video like WHAT IS THIS! I’ve decided to call it quits and delete it

Oh and FYI if you don’t want the add or videos you have to pay them to stop smh horrible business Tactics

I love this game!!!
A couple of months ago my friend told me to download this game but I thought it was boring but when I started to see my friend play it I thought it was really good so I decided to Download it! Now a couple of months later I am on lvl 234!

I have thanked my friend and also the developers for making this game!🐬🌺🌼🥝🏳️‍🌈🍫
