  • Needs Health & Watch Connectivity

    Title says it all.

Overall, I’m happy with this app. It is stable & intuitive, but it needs to connect to Health & my Apple Watch the way StrongLifts does.

I’m my scale is also Bluetooth, so it pushes metrics to my phone every time I step on it and it would be great if this app pulled that data from there as well.

  • Please add Apple Watch and Health Sync

I enjoy the customized workouts from my trainer/subscription. It would be fantastic for the app would sync health and correspond with fitness watch of choice.
  • Slick Functionality and Easy to Figure Out

This is from a coaches perspective by far the strongest programming tool on the market. The athlete experience is super clean and easy to use as well.
  • Good

Good app. I use it mainly because that’s what my trainer uses to write programs for clients. Something I’d like to see is a UI refresh and the ability to connect Apple Health to the app so that metrics like weight/sleep/etc. can be tracked.
  • Using it as a Coach/Trainer

Overall I think it’s great. Have gotten some good feedback from clients saying they like the interface and it’s been easy to navigate. I would like to see the “alternate exercise” option in the app for writing programs. Safari on the iPad Air doesn’t quite support editing from the browser (just takes a while) so again, having the alternate exercise button would make this top tier.

  • Bloated and unnecessary

There are an absurd number of prompts and mandatory “performance logs” required to even view a workout. Do you want to review last week’s workout? You’ll need to navigate 3 pages of menus and questions. Then enjoy doing it again if you want to go back to today’s workout. Also I hope you have a good internet connection wherever you workout.

  • Don’t waste your time

Not a good app at all
  • Doesn’t work on iPad

And no sound on videos. What a waste of time
  • New ui very difficult to use

The new ui is a downgrade from the previous. The timer/stopwatch gets stuck over the exercise, and when I swipe down it often goes to the next or previous exercise instead of dismissing it. Also, the countdown timer defaults to 59 seconds and not the length of the exercise.
  • Game changer for fitness professionals

Amazing app and features to make programs for your clients. This is an absolute game changer in my business as it saves myself hours of writing programs and makes it easier to implement in our personal training sessions. Single handedly best change I’ve made to our gym in years.
