  • Makes working out fun and easy!

With Bridge my workout is organized and clear. Video demonstrations, timer, and a space to put the amount of weight lifted are just some of the accommodations Bridge gives you.
  • Overall good with room for improvement

I have been using Bridge Athletic from the start.
I use it to deliver programs to clients who do their workouts on their own or come into the studio for PT once per week and do the other workout days on their own. I also have a client in London.
I started using the program templates (limited) but ended up writing my own custom programs. I upload my own exercises and create my own custom templates. Tech support is limited.

  • Solid app but UI is too sensitive

Love this app, glad my trainer uses it. Makes it very easy. That said, a recent update made it so sensitive that I accidentally change values when lifting. Wish there was a lock toggle or something. Otherwise great.
  • App freezes

Too many freezes and shut downs. Shameful
  • Grossly grossly overpriced piece of junk

If you are a personal trainer looking for a software solution for your clients, PLEASE look elsewhere. I am now stuck with this thing because it’s what my trainer uses but I absolutely hate it. First, $20 a month for what? A training log? I used to get a completed form with exercises from my trainer and I didn’t have to pay for it. Now I get an annoying app that I can’t even write my reps or notes in. I can only tick a box. If you are the kind of person who wants to obsessively track how you’re feeling and hydration and exertion levels bla bla(which is better done in myfitnesspal anyway, and just tick a box mind you) you might like this. Another plus is that it can hold videos of exercises which your trainer uploads. Major downsides other than stupid price is you cannot interrupt a workout. Gotta finish what you started or the app will make life difficult for you. Even worse, the dashboard my trainer gets doesn’t even show how much of the program I completed - she just sees that I opened it that day. Piece of junk not likely to survive in next few years I’d say.

  • Apple Watch support and support and exercise swap

App works pretty well, but need the ability to swap exercises and support for Apple Watch to make it great.
  • No Apple health integration

Good app overall. I’d say if that were integrated this would be changed to a 5 star.
  • Want to cancel

Trying to cancel this program and the fit one but it’s very difficult, instructions are vague
  • Very good

This app is very good. I have been using this for some time now and it has not failed me.
  • Great app horrible customer service

I love the app and the workouts. However, the program doesn’t seem to adapt over time or really change the loads based on my progress. Also, every time I reach the end of a cycle, I have to send multiple in app messages, emails, and one time, I even had to call in order for the program to be updated with new workouts. The organization may treat their organizational subscribers better, which is a shame for those of us paying because we thought this would be a good service to use for our weight workouts.
