App keeps telling you โError Processing Your Request. Please Try Again Laterโ 83 times a day. Praying this gets fixed soon especially if developers are getting paid to keep this working properly.
Update broke the app
I was forced to do an update a few weeks ago and havenโt been able to log in since. Please test what you have before deploying updates. I thought there would be a fix by now.

Slow
The app is so slow and constantly have to force close and reboot multiple times to do any banking task. New update recently and I thought things would be better but now I canโt see my balances or login comon ncu get with the times.
New format.
I find there are too many taps compared to the regular online system where all your bills are on a default payment account and the list of your bills come up on one screen. This allows for you to input all at the same time not one bill at a time
Not reliable
The banking app is glitchy and not 100 percent reliable. It gives error messages and says try again later. The authentication seems to have issues. The app seems behind the big banks apps and outdated.
Security
Always concerned about the the security of our account, and even though we are set up in the new account confirmation system, I havenโt seen it utilized ?!
No credit card
A little clunky and slow. Also you canโt connect your credit card, which is very inconvenient.
