This app I believe is relatively new and improvements and features are regularly added/updated which is great. The low rating is because it is out of commission more than not. IMO

Iron bridge

When we moved to iron bridge there was a grocery store and a credit union. Now there is neither. Please put in an ATM or give ATM discount please

Also, when you put in your password, put in a little ibis sided so you could have it show. Because a lot of times I donโ€™t know where theyโ€™re white caps lock is on or not.

The best

Northern credit union is so understanding of your financial situation, the staff are so kind. I was weary to go with a credit union as opposed to a bank, but Iโ€™m 26 years old and I will be with northern credit forever.

Review

What brought us to the Arnprior credit union is the staff and being able to develop a relationship with them. Other banks you are only a number when you do develope a relationship they rotate them so that means they never get to now you or you're needs!!! Only thing you guys need to work on is Eteansfers 3k a day 9k a week is not sufficient for companies๐Ÿ˜‰ keep up the good work!!

Always getting locked out

Every time I try logging I (which is often since I run businesses and run off percentages, (move money often) I am always locked out, says too many attempts which is not the case. This becomes very annoying and causes me to get overage charges.

Keeps crashing

The app went from being slow to refusing to open on my iphone. Open the app, get a loading screen for about half a second, and then it quits back to the home screen. Iโ€™ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Area for improvement

Find it very difficult to get ahold of an off our person to assist with online issues. I always get the same message; more than normal volume & personal are busy. Then their is a choice of, stay on line for next available person & count down begins. When it came to my turn (happened twice) phone was ringing & it put me to an answering machine & said to call back. After waiting with 12 & second time 11th in line for this to happen is frustrating to say the least. Later that night I called & left a message for one to call back- well just say I am still waiting!!!!!!
