Don’t use with phone. Privacy issues!
You’d have to be nuts to use the phone app and accept terms of use. Eventually every reading you take will be sold to “health care providers” who could use the info to deny you access to private health insurance and determine whether you are a good risk for insurance, mortgages, consumer credit and god knows what else. The instructions make it seem like you need to activate the app for the device to work. You don’t.

Very buggy
I showed the merged to another person using my phone. Thought I could delete the reading afterwards. Funny it says it deletes but it doesn’t. Now all my readings are messed up. Which they had a way to fix this. Messes up all the other apps as well.
Could Be Better
I don’t have trouble with the app’s connection. I check my BP, open the app, tap the picture of my BP cuff and it does the rest. It also has a few handy icons for me to mark my activity such as “waking up”, “exercising”, or “caffeinating”.
That’s not much good when looking at the list if they don’t show the icon. My doctor asked me to take my BP when waking up each morning only so he could see the trend. I like to see what it is during other activities and would like to be able to quickly see the activity associated with each reading. Fix this and it’s a higher rating.
Also, the cuff is very “positional” meaning it has to be far enough from your hand to be accurate. I have to be very careful about where I put it on, but once you know, it’s accurate.

Gadget great app not so much
The mocha cuff is great, convenient and most of all discrete.
The App however lacks configuration for individual BPMonitor measurements, like 120/80 is considered high. For me that’s a great BP.
So it would be advantageous if I could tailor the thresholds to fit my BP.
The other complaint I have is that the app looks. the same on the iPhone and the iPad.
The developers could have taken advantage of the additional screen real estate to make the app visually appealing.

Not connecting
Was connecting to my iX but no longer connects. Please send a fix!
Last release is broken
The last release do not detect MocaHeart and lost the past measurements. App crashes when I tap on the profile icon from measurements. iOS 12.1. Please fix this quickly.
Everything except Trends category works.
Everything works great except for the trends category. Please fix! This could easily be five stars with that feature working.

MOCACARE Pressure Cuff
It was working fine till this last update and now won’t connect to my Apple Health on my iPhone 8plus. What the heck happened. Love the cuff but now defeats the purpose. I use it twice a day. I also have to keep reconnecting it every time.
