Not syncing to Apple Health
Just bought and the sync to the moca app works great, but doesn’t sync to Apple health at all. Would give 5 stars if that worked.WineGuy4720
Crashes fast and repeatedly
You don’t even have time to get your data into the app before it crashes. Every time you try and sync with your blood pressure monitor, it crashes. Try to change any of your personal information, it crashes. Crash crash crash crash crash crash crash.Wurtis1
Horrible
The app is full of bugs. Issues creating an account. Can’t change to lbs, it closes the app, didn’t sync to Apple health, it had my info on my husband’s profile. Just a really bad product.Jaclyndk519

Every time I try to add my weight to it the app immediately shuts down on me and closes. It will just not let me do it which is very frustrating. I would consider giving it more stars if the app would get technical issues fixed, because I love my BP wrist cuff.KraKraLady
Love it but it needs work
I absolutely love the lay out of the app, love that I can add notes so I know what I was doing when I had the high blood pressure, but I was so excited and I took it to work and everyone was testing their BP all day and it was syncing to my app and now I can’t delete it. As in the butting is there and I push it, but it stays in the app. I also can’t change the time from military time in the app.Show lessLovin it in Texas!
Keeps crashing when I measure my blood pressure
The whole reason I bought this thing was because it would record my blood pressure for me since I’m forgetful and my doctor wanted me to show him how my blood pressure has been.
It was working fine before, but now with the new update it won’t record anymore, every time I pair it and when it’s done measuring the app crashes and doesn’t record crap.Show lessRavHay

Very easy to sync but like others said it switches am to pm. Make us very hard to show accurate log to my doctor. This needs to be fixed.DebbiePez
Date and time bug
Easy to use, but it has bugs! Sync to device is easy and giving warning if the blood pressure is high. It can also add some conditions when the measurement was taken. It was good tracking measurement until I took the measurement right after midnight. It recorded as am on the device, but when transferred to this app, it changed to pm. This messes up the order of records. I can delete the record but can’t change the measured time. This is going make the serious confusion! They need to fix this bug.
This app also accept other conditions such as sex and DOB. It does not accept “female”. It changes to default set up “male”. I don’t think this program is tested at all. Too many bugs need to be fixed.
From this program to Apple health was easy, but it cannot transfer the measurement time! It transfer the sync time to health app. And the record is not editable. This is not good. Please fix the bug, developer!!!!!!Show lessYokkotkik
