  • Pretty bad app

    If federal bank wants more nri customers they need to first invest in a good mobile app and provide good online services. I am almost tempted right now to open nri account with some other bank. Even though my USA phone number is registered correctly, the OTP is sent to some India number which I don’t know. They don’t have any other means like email to send otp. Also app requires to login again after every update and again otp sent to some India number. I am sure someone will respond to this review with some generic msg, which is the case I saw in several reviews.

  • Unable to transfer fund

    When ever I try to transfer fund to my Indian account this app crash or redirects me to another web page . This application is very basic . Very much disappointments.

  • Bad exp

    I installed the app to see all my bank accounts but it was asking for mpin & then it blocks my account. I don’t use cards, i do only upi. How to reset the mpin … i hv no idea. I wish i would had never made a bank in federal bank 😅otp on email & number should be enough to reset anything … u guys just making thing tough for us

    Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience. We would like to inform you that in order to reset MPIN please follow the below steps. Reset your MPIN click on the “Forgot pin” > choose from “active debit card” or “Branch token” > enter the required details and continue. -Tejashri
  • Not user friendly

    Using the app from overseas, I got stuck when I forgot my MPIN and cannot reset it as it only resets with Debit card credentials. As a user having only netbanking, it’s pretty much a dead end. The customer help number cannot be reached as I don’t think it is a 24x7 customer helpline. No useful info in the FAQ to help myself to resolve the issue. I think the app can do better and be more user friendly. Not so happy with the app at this stage. The bank should think of improving the app. There is a lot of room for improvement.

  • Horrible with SMS Activation

    Having hard time to active the app in India with US number …. It’s keep trying to send verification message to two Indian numbers and thus failing every time .. end result unable to activate the app for any UPI transaction in India …

  • App is great. Very convenient, but….

    The app is great and very convenient. I have been using it for quite some time.

    However recently I discovered a glitch. In the help support section, the tickets you have raised are listed but when you click on the tickets for opening it, it never opens.

  • App not working

    Since 20th May 2014, i can’t access my account through the App. Tried to contact call center, they said it’s a bug after App update, still I can’t activate / authenticate the device , lost lots of money for SMS verification . ☹️

  • Never consider user experiance

    Whenever they do nan update, they will make customers life hell😡. Multiple phone call to fix the issues.

  • The app not working

    I am extremely disappointed with the latest release of this app. Every time I open the app, it prompts me to authenticate my device. Despite multiple attempts, the authentication fails repeatedly. I have meticulously followed all the steps posted by the developer, but I still haven't had any success. As a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), it's already challenging to handle transactions, and this issue has made it even more difficult. Please address this issue urgently.
