So once I am done with 3 stories I have to pay. Why? Just why? You gotta pay do much to do stuff. So do me or us a favor and just do it for free. Pay the most popular one that uses the most. ThanksCool but something don't like

I haven’t started the game but ppl say..
I watched this game on a YouTube video when I was 4 years old, and I loved the video, this girl was electrocuted and we had to figure out a way to save her, and ever since I lost thatYouTube video, then I found it just 20mins ago. I want to be a nurse when I grow up and I will be in the same university and hospital as my friend too,I really like this game,I have my very own FIRST aid kit (literally it’s my first one) but ppl say it’s not free..so ima try it but right now I am give it 4 stars,and developers make it free so everyone is happy, and put this on reviews for this game thank you.

i can only do 3 lessons- so can you unless you pay
for the vietnamese thing when you cant play a lesson its saying this: "You need to buy or activate to learn this lesson" and if you click mua (pay) theres a parent gate (they really need to update this kids know times)- Im not vietnamese btw, i used a translator.
