  • What a Joke

    Ever since selling out and revamping this app is unusable. Snail mail is faster and more convenient than attempting to use their excuse for “bill pay” Account unsyncs after every use and it’s no longer worth the effort. Buy some stamps and save the headache. At least the brick and mortar is still around.

  • Fix Your Service and App!!!

    Sense you have switch from Linn Area CU to CORDA CU I have not been able to login! I was able to sign in the first time and then I go back to the app and I can not sign in… I tried to reset my password and it says it sends a verification code to my email and I received nothing… Fix this ASAP!!! Terrible App!

  • Great CU, glitchy app

    Since the update the app has been freezing whenever I try to make transfers or pay on my credit card. The only way to unfreeze it is to restart my phone. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times without any improvement.
    Very frustrating, especially because I am otherwise very happy banking with LACU.

  • It’s ok but needs some help

    The old app was great and fast. Once the update that was pushed out a few months ago it’s not as fast or smooth. I often have issues when making transfers as it never tells me it was completed and have made a extra payments on loans and cards because of it. Hope it gets fixed soon.
  • Update is horrible

    The new update is full of glitches. You have to try to do a transfer 6+ times as it crashes or freezes and mobile deposit, good luck. Can I have the old app back?
  • New update glitches and locks app

    Since the update this app glitches and locks up. When trying to make a simple transfer between accounts I have to close the app and reopen it several times before completing a transaction. Menu items are also not as readily viewable - they are listed at the very bottom of the dashboard screen - not an issue with a couple accounts but when managing several accounts it‘s annoying. Top right drop down menu is available as well but not as visible as in previous version. Will continue to use the app trusting updates will address the issue. The transfer glitch would be a deal breaker for me if I was new to LACU mobile banking. It’s that frustrating.

  • I can’t log in on my iPhone or my iPad despite them being updated to latest versions

    Well. This app needs a lot of work. I went to log in expecting my Face ID to work and it’s not even an option. So I tried to login the old fashion way and it won’t highlight the login button for me to login. What’s up? Now deleting the app and adding it back it to see if it’s successful. Disappointed. Linn Area CU is the most behind the times CU I’ve ever worked with. Catch up or I’m going to move my accounts with you!

  • New update hard to read & cluttered

    I feel like with the new update, the app is very hard to read and a lot more cluttered. It felt a lot easier to look at before this most recent update.
  • The newest update is awful

    The app looked perfectly fine before the March 2022 update. It now is messy and not nearly as easy to use. It went from being one of the best banking apps to one of the worst.
