  • No security updates?!?

    With all the hacking and security holes being found why isn’t this app updated on a regular basis to keep $$$ safe?!?
  • 3rd party insurance

    Heads up people.
    I moved to florida in sept. 2020. i had to switch my motorcycle policy per florida law. Thus cancelling my iowa policy and getting a florida policy.
    the credit union ONLY noticed a cancelled policy thus adding a $1595.00 to my loan for their insurance. I proved to them the correction back in June of 2021. after speaking w/ the manager come to find out it's a 3rd party company that handles the loan insurance. Before you say anything. I couldn't get the phone number for those people.They say i'll get credited back the $$$$. That was 3 weeks ago. So as it stands i have to pay an additional $132.00 on my loan payment until (if at all ) it's corrected. Yes i can switch banks but the balance will the extra $1595.00 so what's the point.

  • No budgeting?

    Your normal, everyday banking app. It would get 5 stars, but promises budgeting options that do not work. Have not worked since I got the app. I understand these things take time to develop, but there are other budgeting apps available, so that part should be easy to get out to people as advertised.

  • Refreshed App is Slow

    The updated app is extremely slow to load initially on authentication and frequently crashes in this step.
    If you get in to your account, the history and transactions in the app load terribly slow.
  • New app is great!

    Enrollment was super easy and the new app is Awesome! Great improvements. I can nickname my accounts, setup/edit scheduled payments, manage all my bill pay option, and also access my Linn Area Credit Card information now! None of this was possible in the old version. Looking forward to even more updates!

  • Fix the new system!!!

    They upgraded to a new system. Whoohoo. Problem is you cant enroll, just gives you an error message. Cant chat on internet with them because they dont respond. Cant text them because AGAIN they dont respond. Cant call them because guess what, THEY DONT RESPOND!! And this is supposed to be better for their members?!?!?

  • Incompatible with password managers

    I use a password manager to save my passwords. The password field in this app doesn’t support the paste function, so I can’t copy from the password app into this app. I have to enter my long, secure password manually. Also, using iOS built in auto password fill doesn’t work either. I can select the password but it doesn’t get entered in the password field. iOS 12 is adding deeper password manager integration. It seems like a good time to fix this.

  • It’s great when it works

    This app is great and useful... when it works. For some reason every now and again it removes the touch log in we put on and then we log in with our password and it locks us out. Then when we change the password, we have to delete the app and log in all over again. Very frustrating.
  • Mobile Deposit does not work

    Not sure if the mobile deposit has ever worked before, but once it works it would save a lot of time for not only us consumers, but for the credit union as well for not as many people will have to travel to the location and hold up lines just to deposit checks
  • No Transactions Available

    The app won’t let me review one of my accounts. It shows a balance, but when I select the account a pop-up appears that says “No Transactions Available.”
