#1 Fleet Inspection App

We’ve always struggled to find a simple easy to use inspection app that our drivers love. That was until we found Whip Around. It saves us so much time and money as well as finally enabling us to get rid of paper once and for all.

THE Vehicle Inspection App!

Whip around is so incredibly easy to use and takes away the absolute headache of using paper to do your daily inspections! Definitely recommend!!

A must have for Fleet Managers!

Where have you been hiding? Easy to use app with great developers to help you get setup. Inexpensive and perfect program to finish your journey to paperless reporting. Simple and quick to complete by drivers. Just when I thought something wouldn’t apply we were able to alter forms and setup to meet our needs. After a while you can easily navigate through your company’s profile to create other forms like accidents or incidents.

Can’t be customized

Great idea, great app, definitely a need for it in my opinion, but a few problems:

- the reports being emailed do not make it through. I’ve already tried 2 dummy inspections to try it out and my email is not getting them; not in junk or spam folders.

- I can’t customize them. Not all the 13 checks apply to my trucks. I’d like to remove 4-5, be able to add custom and also adjust 1.

- I can’t update my info. What if I want to change name of company, user name, or simply deactivate account? Don’t see an menu with settings or account info anywhere.

Change these concerns and I’ll gladly give it a 5 star rating. Hell, I’ll even pay for this service.

Hi! & thank you for reviewing the Whip Around driver's app. We really appreciate your feedback to help improve the software. In response to your points: The reports may not have been emailed to you due to an error with your email address (a letter in the wrong place). If you email us at team@whip-around.com our team will be able to look into it for you to ensure the reports will be emailed to you. The software has a web dashboard that you can use to customize the forms based on your requirement. This is part of the paid version of the software that you will need to upgrade to first. Our team is also available to demo this feature to you prior to upgrading. You can update your information from the web dashboard as well and edit driver and vehicle details along with many other features. We are also planning on upgrading the app to a fleet manager app to enable all of the above from within the app. Thank you again for your review, we hope you'll get in touch with our team to help you get set up and address the concerns you have raised.

Disappointed

When it works, it’s awesome but when it don’t, I literately have to uninstall & reinstall. The problem is that I have to reinstall almost every day. Not sure if it’s my poor AT&T too Expensive signal service or the app itself. 👷‍♂️
