Terrible App and EAP
If your company are considering eni’s NextGen EAP, go elsewhere. They lie to their clients and say they are re 24/7/365 and they actually hire a competitor to answer calls outside of normal business hours. Their DE&I statement is an outright lie and the company is 99% Caucasian male. They don’t match your employees with the appropriate counselor based on their needs but who is CHEAPEST. Their app and tech is 10 years behind, laggy, and doesn’t work most of the time. You’ve been warned.Show lessZero
I couldn’t even get it set up before it started crashing. Deleted it and bookmarked their website instead.CRAP
This App won’t stay Open. It keeps closing without ever ever opening! A waste of time!
