  • Really like it, but at times I think it is too difficult

    I downloaded this app years ago and honestly it helped a lot! It definitely worked. One thing that I do have to say is, is that I think it increases the intensity of the workout too fast. I think about this with all their apps. Other than that, I really like it!
  • Interface messed up

    I can’t even start it on the days because the calendar is way too big for the screen.
  • Easy Fun Workday Challenge

    I have all 8 of these 30 day challenges. I do one every hour at work to try to keep myself moving. My job is very sedentary. I’m more motivated to stop what I’m doing and spend a couple minutes on these than I am other short workouts because of the whole calendar and challenge aspect.
  • Calendar won’t display right

    What others have said. iPhone XR the calendar is zoomed in therefore the first day is cut off the screen. I can’t click on day one and won’t let you advance to day two without starting day one. So it is useless.
  • Can’t use the app

    I downloaded hoping to use this but when I select the activity the calendar is to big for my IPhone. Day 1 is cut off as well as day 6&7 on right plus each line below. I can’t even see day 1 to be able to select it so this app is useless for my phone. Having to delete and find different one.

    Same issue as many are having. The calendar is zoomed in and I’m unable to click on day one to
    start any workouts. Useless. Seems like the developers don’t care to fix this.
  • Enjoy the app but it’s hard to use

    Really enjoy the app however once ur’ve gotten past day 4 you can’t hit day 5 as the ticks for the days sit over the numbers.

    The app is like it was zoomed and challenge for day 1 is out of the screen . i can't touch day 1. So day 2 can't also be touch since we didn't work for day 1. I regret downloading this app.
  • Amazing!

    This app is really good for keeping your heart rate up and nice and it makes you feel more amazing the more you workout each day. Right now I’m on Day 3 on Abs and Thigh Slimming and so far I don’t really know how much weight I’ve lost but it makes me feel good about myself.
