  • I see no difference

    I have completed the “inner thigh burning” month long workout routine twice and I see almost no difference and also if you are “bigger” every day when you finish your workout you can update your weight and rate how easy the workout was but everyday (depending on the weight you have inserted) you will constantly be told “you are overweight” or “you are moderately overweight” or “you are obese” or “you are moderately obese” and that is not going to boost anyone’s confidence being reminded of that everyday and makes you feel even worse if you have tried so hard and you realise that it hasn’t worked and then being reminded that you are “bigger” is not good

  • Doesn’t sync with my health and fitness app

    Ive used this app a few years back and recently reinstalled it … now i pay attention to my health app and fitness app on my iPhone and and would love to have them keep track of my workouts… this app claims to sync to my health app bit the workouts I’ve done don't show up on the health app and my calories burnt aren’t counting on my fitness app either… please fix this… other than that its a great app

    I am bad a writing reviews since I don't do it very often, but I'm writing this because I love this app so much. I can't name a single problem I have with it and it has so many useful features, like stretching routines and workouts, definitely recommend! :)
