I found it difficult to figure out the proper amount of certain exercises and I gave up on certain workouts before. Once I started using this app I found that all I had to do was remind myself to complete specific workouts each day, stay on pace with the videos, and I would be fine.
The app lets you go at your own pace which is great compared to working out in a group where you have to keep up with everyone else. Eventually you can increase the intensity as you see fit. The hardest part of doing the workout is finding the motivation to start it, but this app uses a similar system to Duolingo which is great at keeping you hooked. Great app overall! There’s plenty you can get done with just the free version.
