I like this application overall because there are many workouts that I couldn’t find than this. Thank you for creating such a plan that will get my height to increase. I’m also satisfied with the sleep tracker because I use a sleep tracker watch and log my sleep every day. The interface is easy and intuitive. Now, I only have 3 questions about this app.
1. I don’t understand how you can enter your age, height, and weight. But the results still are not accurate for me. For example: it said I burned 76.3 kcal and my actual calorie count is only like 25-30. Is there any reason why I am getting this? Is that how much I burn in Kcal? I really need to know.
2. I don’t understand the nutritional experience of the app. I’m guessing, is it for logging foods? Is it to mark your final meal plan? I’m not sure what the DONE button is for. Sure, you can view your meal history throughout other days, but I’m not sure if that’s what you eat, or just have to eat because you cannot delete your history for some reason. In short: What is the main purpose of the DONE button in Nutrition?
3. You can only log sleep from tonight or last night for some reason. My request is: Can you add a feature to log your sleep in maybe a week in advance?
