I downloaded this app as a teen hoping to get into shape… I was kind of disturbed when the main purpose of this app was to get taller. This was not what I needed. Please add a feature to choose between weight loss/body building and height… it would make this app the best

Really good

Ive been using it for a while now and the plans, the workouts, the food recommendations the sleeping track thingy was cool. I gave it a 5 bc the app is cool, could the creator of this app shout me out that’d be cool ngl

LOVE THIS APP GET IT!!!

Love this app you need to get this app it’s so cool you can track your sleep you can pick what to eat, it’s just great you need to get it and you’ll see what I mean (oh and don’t forget to get the app!)

Good for maxing out potential height

I feel like its less of a get taller in five days type of thing and more of a potential maxing so you could get as tall as possible like my dad is 5'7 and my mum is 5'0 so I would end up about 5'6 but if I maxed out my potential I could probably get to about 5'9-5'11

I’m doing this also with the home workouts app. It is boosting my self confidence. The activity’s feel just right and not too hard or too easy

Great App and some Questions

I like this application overall because there are many workouts that I couldn’t find than this. Thank you for creating such a plan that will get my height to increase. I’m also satisfied with the sleep tracker because I use a sleep tracker watch and log my sleep every day. The interface is easy and intuitive. Now, I only have 3 questions about this app.
1. I don’t understand how you can enter your age, height, and weight. But the results still are not accurate for me. For example: it said I burned 76.3 kcal and my actual calorie count is only like 25-30. Is there any reason why I am getting this? Is that how much I burn in Kcal? I really need to know.
2. I don’t understand the nutritional experience of the app. I’m guessing, is it for logging foods? Is it to mark your final meal plan? I’m not sure what the DONE button is for. Sure, you can view your meal history throughout other days, but I’m not sure if that’s what you eat, or just have to eat because you cannot delete your history for some reason. In short: What is the main purpose of the DONE button in Nutrition?
3. You can only log sleep from tonight or last night for some reason. My request is: Can you add a feature to log your sleep in maybe a week in advance?

It’s actually helps to grow taller😀

I love this app it is so good to help you to get taller, and it also tells you what to eat that is good for you i.. just LOVE this app like the first time that I started to work on this app and use it i really got taller and better the best app ever for exercising I prefer that you should also download it. It really helps.

Great app but one problem

It seems that this app did help my grow a little after the 60 days but after the 60 days you can’t restart. Like u can do the work outs but the app won’t keep track no more I hope that bug gets fixed and the app would be great.
