• The ability to do change exercises mid-workout to make them easier, harder, or to an alternate choice.
• Being able to change days of workouts and do workouts the next day, if you miss a day.
• The overall app design is pretty good and easy to look at.
• Good description of each exercise, which you can access while doing the exercise.
What could be improved:
• I wish I were able to pick a focus for the week ahead; whether it’s chest, arms, core, legs, cardio.
• It would be nice to be able to blacklist workout types (eg; cardio) & formats (eg; intervals). I would like to be able to blacklist ones that don’t work for me.
• A better breakdown of plans in-app would be nice. In the subscription page on the App Store it only says how much each costs.
• I would like an option to take a rest during a workout. Similar to pausing the workout, but without stopping the time.
• More angles in the video loops, so we can see how to do the exercise correctly.
