Useless
Missing basic functionality to the point you shouldn’t even bother downloading.
Never connects
After the last update, I can not connect to my plant screens. Keeps only connecting, need to try (6-8 times) and if connects, is only for few seconds.
Lame. Inferior to all other VNC capable interfaces.
Not recommended. If you are used to being able use normal keystrokes, this app ain’t for you. Very frustrating.

Bad support …
On android works perfectly
but on iOS gives: login failed. (1ac)

Cool app, but behind in development
It works well enough, but come on, guys. The iPad would be a KILLER platform for mobile support when sysadmins are on call, if you better supported current iPad OS tools, specifically trackpads. You’ve got to implement this. It’s otherwise clumsy to use, and I hate carrying a laptop everywhere.
DO NOT PURCHASE IF AN iOS USER
Our company recently told us that we have to use Bomgar to access our virtual machines. It appears to work fine on Android devices but they clearly have no interest in supporting iOS users. We are on the latest version of their server software and I am on the most current iOS update. Here are a list of issues I've personally had.
A major complaint I have is the Bomgar implementation of the keyboard. I have an iPad Pro and use a connected keyboard. This allows me more screen space to work on EXCEPT ON BOMGAR!?!? This app makes you hit the keyboard icon in order to type ANYTHING. then the keyboard pops up this giant dark gray keyless keyboard on ⅔ of the screen so that you are unable to see what you type in the field you think you are in. If you cannot see what you type isn't that a HUGE MISTAKE!
Weekly after I am logged in using our Authenticator to connect to the mothership, I am unable to get the desktop screen to view after logging in. When our IT Team did actually contact Bomgar, they said it must be my cellular carrier or connection. It couldn't be Bomgars fault?! I've tested the speed of my connections ranging from 22Mb to 31Mb speeds on cellular and this isn't enough to connect my desktop on the VM? Even on wifi I've had these same issues. The logs from IT's side show I am logged on yet I see nothing.
Compared to TeamViewer (minimal learning curve and user friendly) you will not be able to simply click on the screen. You have to drag the curser to the spot you need. For the cost this should be a standard no brainer. Enable direct touch into the screen.
If your company has a choice for connecting to your virtual machines I'd STRONGLY recommend NOT USING BOMGAR! They do not show any support for iOS users and clearly only care about developing for the Android crowd. There are other issues I've had but these are the main ones.
