Doesn't seem to work. It lets almost almost as many ads through as when it's disabled.

Great app
It's free but it's no slouch. It doesn't have fancy switches but works good.

Great ad blocker
This app does what it says it does. No frills, and it's free. Just download and enable it in safari settings and watch web pages load soooo much faster. There are other ad blocker apps out there that let you customize white lists and tracking, but for the average user this app is perfect.
Uninstalled but still blocking
Not sure if it is an iOS or Adblock Fast issue, but after uninstalling this app ads are still being blocked. I tried reinstalling, then uninstalling again, rebooting etc. not sure what is wrong.
Over aggressive...
It blocked a streaming video box, that was not an ad. Who knows what other non-ads it eliminates.
Also, it does not prevent tracking, has no whitelisting option, and still leaves blank spaces where ads used to be (that the best ad blockers remove).
For other free options, I slightly preferred Freedom or 1Blocker. They both have the same negatives as this app, but did not block the streaming video. Freedom seems to be the fastest, while 1Blocker does have an in-app purchase for greater options.
My current preference is AdMop, but sadly it is no longer free. For other paid options, Purify and Silentium may also be worth their price.

The latest update to Freedom now blocks social media widgets. You can decide for yourself if that is a positive or negative.
Also, my testing of Purify found it to be over aggressive in its blocking, as well. However, it does additionally remove tracking, social media widgets, and blank ad space, while adding whitelisting.

I give it 3 stars because it doesn't block ads like it says, only SOME of them.
FAIL. Does not block a single ad!
Go to any ad-drenched website and see for yourself; Adblock Fast does not block any ads!

Some webpages do not load... Get blank page.
