Ems use
This app should also be made available for EMS use. We are required to make phone calls to patients and family as well and would like our privacy protected.01paramedic
Great to use for patrol
Usually people who I contact via phone see a “no caller ID”. It is hit or miss if they answer or not. If they don’t answer they have to go through the hassle of calling our busy dispatch center, transferring the call etc. With this app, it actually gives them a random number to call back and it notifies you via the app. I find it very useful for patrol when your trying to do follow up or your RP just wants a 10-21 prior to responding.
When the RP calls back it even gives them the disclaimer, “ if this an emergency hang up and dial 911”. Thanks guys!Show lessAlabamalkjl
Absolutely love this app but lately...
Absolutely love this app, but lately it’s having problems. This is a five star app, almost always, until the last month or so, apparently The sound cuts out on the other end and people have a hard time understanding us while making phone calls. Daily, Please see if you can check into this so I can change this rating because this app does deserve five stars.Show lessWrighto10

Stopped Working
For absolutely no reason at all, the app had decided to stop working. I have an unlimited data plan which was what I was assuming the app was using (my data not my cellular plan).
I’ve tried getting assistance multiple times but received no response.

I appreciate this app and have found it very useful. The only thing that’s kept me from giving it a 5 star rating is due to the fact that after I subscribed I still don’t have access to the premium features. I’ve contacted the company and hopefully it is resolved soon.TNich1972

Love the app & it’s interface.
Very easy to use but I would give it a 5 rating if:
The “Law Enforcement” outbound caller Id would work
And the auto leave a text when no answer/decline wouldn’t have to leave your name. Maybe just the agency name.
