  • Most Useful App for LE

Having been in law enforcement for 16+ years, I’ve used everything over the years from dialing *67 before each call (leading to many ignored calls) to buying a second pre-paid phone specifically for work use, to the hassle of having dispatch dial numbers for me and connect me. The 10-21 app is by far the most effective and economical resource. Even with an agency-issued phone, it is still extremely useful in allowing me to keep my number private to avoid calls while I’m off-duty, busy at work, or becoming someone’s “personal deputy” whenever they need something after I return their call and expose my number. The app is user friendly and rarely has any glitches or issues. Highly recommend for ALL law enforcement officers, and I look forward to the upcoming premium version with even more features.

  • Crap, doesn’t work so don’t waste your time

Complete crap! Requested account but no matter what I use as a password it does nothing. I have a co-worker that uses this app occasionally so the folks running this app should know the domain. Tried it on two different phones, same crappy result. Don’t waste your time...get a free burner number or a Google number.

  • Absolutely amazing!

This app is an absolute MUST HAVE for every Law Enforcement Officer. The system works flawlessly.
The best part of this application is I can use my personal cell phone at work and not worry about accidentally giving away my personal number to a citizen. I can comfortably separate my personal and professional calls now.
This will remain on my phone for the duration of my career and I will be suggesting it to the officers I work with.
Thank you for making such a great product!

  • Awesome app for Leo’s

Very easy to use and allows u to contact a subject in an investigation while keeping our personal number secret. They can call u back on the same number but u call them back at your earliest convenience.
  • Don’t bother if you don’t have a “law enforcement” email

Love the idea of this app but unless you’re at a department that has a “law enforcement” email (I’m assuming dot gov) don’t bother. Wish they had another way to verify that you’re law enforcement. Entered my department email that has the name of my department dot org and took almost two weeks to get a denial that I’m not law enforcement. Oh well, guess I’ll use some of the other free phone number apps.

  • Almost perfect

This app is great for basic patrol needs and especially for new CI’s. I would rate the app 5 stars if I was able to receive push notifications more consistently. I find myself having to check the app frequently while working and expecting a call back. Probably a user error but I’ve gone through all the notification settings and can’t seem to make it work! Fix that and I will have zero complaints. I’d love to see a text option or chat feature incorporated in the future.

  • Okay when it does work

I try and use this but half the time when I make a call people can't hear me even with a full signal..
  • Great app

I’ve used this app vs *67 and it’s great. Since I changed agencies and don’t have a gvt issued phone. Citizens have answered their phones when I’ve called approx 80% of the time. The alert if you’ve missed a call is great so the citizen can reach back out to you without disturbing you.
  • Fantastic!

I honestly do not know what I would do without this.
  • Great app...but...

Great app. My only complaint is that it eats away at battery. I made three calls (quick calls) and my battery died about ten percent. Checked my battery settings and this app was at the top of the list.
