  • Horrible drivers, slow online customer rep

    The way that a driver treated me today is horrible. I understand the drivers are not at the same quality. But compare to DiDi, the customer service is super slow, online or phone.
  • 司机牛上天,不建议下载

    第一次下载并使用app,叫车5分钟,终于叫到车,司机运行1分钟左右联系我说不能来接,因为限行(我不理解为什么限行平台还会给他推单),语气极差的催促我取消订单,我说让他联系他们客服,他后续又连续发信息并两次打电话给我让我取消订单,我的反馈都是说让他联系客服,但他不联系,在最后一次联系我时威胁我说你不取消怎么叫新车以及你不取消我就给你做差的乘客评价。后我找到曹操出行客服电话并进行了投诉,客服反应也比较消极,只是说他们会核实,不知道后续会有什么反馈吧。对于每天需要打车的上班党,这样一折腾,40分钟过去了,而且大早上的遇到这种糟心的事儿真的无语到不行!

    The fare is more expensive than didi but the drivers are rude and unprofessional! I think they need to give a good training to the drivers before they start working!

    You must add fixed value to the wallet and therefore you can’t use up your balance entirely at once. You must ask for the refund and wait as long as 7 days to get some change back.

    曹操的车是自营的,司机也是自有员工,安全有保障,公司对司机待遇好,司机自然对乘客服务周到。

    现在打车很难达到电动车的专车了,当初为什么放弃滴滴。开始使用曹操。你们自己把自己的定位干死了。
  • 越来越差了

    司机没有专车司机应有的素质就算了,各种飙车、急刹,罔顾乘客生命安全,不熟悉路还不看导航,整个就乱开,客服和稀泥水平也是一流,已卸载,曹操专车迟早药丸。
  • Never works - awful refund policy

    I’ve tried it several times but all my attempts on find a freaking taxi have failed. Plus I tried applying for a refund - have been unsuccessful so far. And the whole customer support is in Mandarin - so I cant contact them via phone too. Shouldn’t have listened to a buddy of mine who suggested this good-for-nothing app to me.
