I had this game along time ago and frogot about it I looked so hard to find a avatar and game that’s in my age group I’m 9 years old it’s so hard to find cool games like episode, choices, Anikan life,i need a good game I think I found it when I had this game before I had a child I unlocked the bridge but my story wasn’t complete without a game like this I can’t believe I frogot about this fun game that’s in my age group and I’m so happy I found the missing piece of the game I needed thank you so much for making a beautiful game like this one it’s my life thank you.
I love most of the games Last Day of Work makes because it is not necessary to spend money on them in order to play. Virtual Town is unlike the other games because you DO have to spend money in order to play. Your tools break after several uses so you have to constantly buy new ones, for anything brass it’s 100$ and those are the cheap tools in the game. Everything you do requires coin that you don’t get from being mayor. You get one coin a day from the bank unless you PURCHASE an interest upgrade. Tasks that the townspeople give you are only available for a day, so unless you already have the item they want then you’re not getting paid. If you sell something you bought then found you didn’t need it, you can sell it back, if it is unused, but only get half of what you paid for it. If you want to repair, say, the lake then you have to spend 400 $/coin for 4 days to get it done. That’s 1,600$/coin, and you don’t even start the game out with that amount of coin. I could give more examples but it would take too much time.
I’m extremely disappointed in this game and the fact that it is only for money. With the amount of people who play Last Day of Work games, a money trap like this is an unnecessary and cruel trick to play on consumers.
I am usually on this game every hour.... honestly, you kind of have to be bc you have to check on your citizens. The game is in real time. I love games where you have to interact with other characters and choose what you want to say. The only thing I’d really like for you guys to “change/fix” is I’d like there to be a little more dialogue. The characters say the same exact thing. They are actually really rude and dismissing of the mayors no matter how high their love bar gets for you. I think it gets kind of lonely for the mayor/me bc I feel like I’m making the town look nice and planting the food and they aren’t appreciative. Also I think more businesses should open up, like the town should expand some. I could go on and on about how I love this game.... I never write reviews really unless I absolutely love something!
I love virtual town but there are a few things I think you should add... 1 maybe have the people get married and have there own kids that look like them 2 maybe you can move the kids around I’m always so annoyed when I’m trying to decorate and my kid is in my way and 3 can we choose our job? I’m tired of being mayor it’s boring and 4 can you please add something to were we can create our own characters bc I love making my characters look like me 5 when we’re chatting with a person can you add were we actually talk with them not choose the same thing over and over again

I understood the premise of the game was for my character to improve/restore the town to its previous glory AND uncover the mystery of the previous mayors disappearance. I discovered/uncovered one piece of the mayors story very early on and restored the towns population and beauty. I find it monotonous & frustrating that week after week Nothing changes. I get no clues. The update added a little enjoyment. (Minus the constant crashing) The towns people are still rude. I am getting really sick of not being able to unravel more of the mystery. UPDATE: I recently started playing the game again & gotta Say I’m kind of sickened by the fact that it’s nearly 2018 & the main storyline of the game in regards to the missing mayor and the blight or bad luck That apparently hits the town every 40 years WILL NEVER BE FINISHED?!. LDW games first drew my attention BECAUSE of the puzzle/storyline entanglement like in all the Virtual Villagers games. Why even have the mayor mentioned if they never cared or planned to tell the WHOLE story???
I thought this game would be so wonderful, and cute. Some of it was fun, but I mean, it needs a lot of work!! You can’t leave for a full day without the town beauty going all the way down, or a town member leaving. My family and I are very busy, and don’t have a lot of electronic time which is ok. But you come back the next day, and your people have moved out, and your town beauty keeps dropping! One more thing, the bug-catching is very un-realistic. You tap a bug with the net, it doesn’t do anything. If you aren’t even close to catching it, you catch it! It is so annoying! If I could give this game 0 stars I would. It needs a lot of fixing. Please fix it! I would enjoy playing it and giving it good reviews if these problems were fixed. But for now, I am unhappy and suggest you don’t waste your time on this game.

This needs to be posted on reviews for people to see. All I see are good reviews and I’m sure a lot of people are unhappy with this game. People need to know that this is not the best game. Please don’t be selfish and only put good reviews. People don’t want to waste there time on a bad game.

Virtual Town is a video game unlike no other, it's so fun, creative, and very, very addicting. It is my favorite game.
The only thing i don't like about the app is the coins ($).
Furniture, house upgrades, and town items are very expensive. I end up buying multiple house expansions, with no coins for furniture to place in it. And there isn't really much coins offered for watching video ads at the movie theatre. And you have to buy coin packs with real money, and that isn't cheap either.
But the expensive furniture, house upgrades, and town items, isn't gonna stop me from playing the game, i still love and enjoy playing. I definitely recommend you download and play.
I love this game reminds me of animal crossing I have been looking for a game similar to this thank you... please continue updating the game has great great potential I can play this game all day I love the fact I can go inside places and remodel my house also interact with ppl love it I my very first review..... please make it more interesting and more task for instance travel to different cities have daily task eat drink basically have stanima more stores a job that we can choose and quit if we like has great potential won't delete it yet I have high hope for you guys
Whenever I got this game it was great. I love how you can adopt a child, but I wish you could adopt more than 1. Also, I like how the mayor gets older as her child grows, but why don't the towns folk get old. The towns folk should also have kids too, that way the mayor child would have someone to play with.
Yesterday whenever I was playing this game, I got enough percent for another person to move in. It showed a man and said he was moving in and cut me of the app. Then when I got back on the app, it was like he hadn't moved in. A min later, another new person moved in, and it wasn't the gut from earlier. Today, the game is working fine, I would just like it if you gave it a look to make sure nothing else messes up, thankyou
I won't lie, this game is great. I just think that it gets a bit boring at times, and sometimes the people say things that makes you not even want to help them anymore. It's just become a chore for me now, log in everyday, solve everyone's problems, catch disgusting insects to give to the museum. That sort of stuff made me quit the game. I deleted this game months ago, I applaud to those that could deal with this game. And the bug-catching aspect of the game is by far the least appealing part. Why would we want to see animated pests everywhere? No updates have been made, the storyline is far from complete, and nothing is interesting. LDW, work on your games before you plan on making new ones. This game makes me think what went wrong in the making of it.
