Finally Found My App
I love TimeHero. Compared to other automated scheduling tsk management apps, TimeHero is extremely easy to add tasks, make changes, and easily see all of my info. The price is great for what you get as a premium user. The Gantt and timesheet options are wonderful and so useful for my work as a program manager. With the integration of my google calendar, my life refrains from falling into chaos.

I am shocked, very shocked. This app asked to give them access to my email!!! If i did let them, they could get into my youtube, and lots of my other accounts like pinterest and Tiktok!! Why would they need this?? Please stop hacking people and stay safe everyone

Can’t edit task
In the iOS app, I can’t edit a task
Otherwise great

Overwhelmed-Checked off my List
So I finally feel like I have control of my life I used to try to separate business and personal and would always end up missing something important in both areas. With TimeHero I can see what I have to do and because it schedules for you it doesn’t leave me feeling that I may have an overlap.
The one feature I would love to have is a notes section instead of attaching them from another program. I really like how I can create a template of tasks that I can use over and over so I don’t have to keep plugging in the same tasks under each client.
My life is so much better now with TimeHero and I can honestly say it’s the only app I’ve consistently used for more than a month I always find a reason to find something different and I tried with this program as well but I know there is nothing else out there like this.
You will finally feel that your life and business can be productive and successful with this program.

I don’t get it...
I’ve tried Todoist, Things3, Amazing Marvin, Agenda, SkedPal, Wrike, Monday.com, etc, etc...
NOTHING holds a candle to TimeHero. I’m not saying they’re perfect...I wish new features came out more than once a year (it feels like). But overall, no missing feature is a dealbreaker.
The AI that powers their auto scheduling software is the best in the industry. Every other AI auto scheduling software requires you to push a button to optimize your schedule. TimeHero just does it. Every time you add or edit a task.
I don’t understand why it’s not more popular! Everyone check it out!

Overcome the Anxiety of Tiime Management
Note: My 5-star rating is regarding TimeHero, not the app which needs to catch up with the desktop app. Don't just download this app and expect much, it's more a companion to quickly add a task and see your task list. The planning is much better on the desktop browser/desktop app.
If your reading this you have likely tried many times mgt/productivity apps. Which also means it's something that does NOT come naturally to you. There are many reasons for this, but one aspect I certainly struggle with is the "feeling" of not having enough time. This is really a belief. And one that if you have, it won't matter what app you're using. And the amount of apps I've tried is too long for this review.
Timehero is the only app that truly handles the idea of never having enough time. It's similar to the idea of not making enough money. Until you have a solid budget, can you even accurately answer the question "Can I afford this?". Well, time is similar, yet we tend to do ever more so arbitrarily answer "do I have time to add this to my plate?" Because we truly don't know the answer.
Will you be more productive with TimeHero? Maybe... And... likely if when overwhelmed you tend to avoid like me, Lol. But what you will get is a clear, objective sense of when you are doing what and what you have time for and don't. And my favorite part... You know the feeling you get when you have to change what you planned on doing during the course of the day because something unexpected came up? As a company CEO, this happens all too often. TimeHero simple reschedules your tasks based on your 1. synced calendar, 2. priority of the task, 3. due date, etc. It literally takes the planning out of the process and does it for you! To me that's priceless.

Good but early days
I actually really like this app and the website attached to the TimeHero product . I’m using it to timeblock the tasks in my week and it is really helping improve my productivity. I’m managing with the free subscription which is fine for my purposes and allows me to test the app
It seems like a fairly early stage for this product so I’m not yet willing to rely on it for my entire task list (which resides in Remember The Milk). But I’m pulling off the RTM task list and chunking our each week (or sometimes just each day) so I have a really clear idea of what I’m doing each day and how long it will take plus what events I need to make space for. I like how it calculates my time blocks for me and it’s pretty intelligent and very customisable. Eg you can tell it exactly what hours you work including weekends if you like ; you can tell it whether or not a large task can be split into separate working chunks. You can also have subtasks. Literally my only criticism is that it does not instantly update your schedule if you amend something. It seems to take a few seconds and/or you need to nudge it to update. This maybe that I have the settings wrong though. I tried a similar product called Skedpal and had that exact same issue though so maybe it’s the nature of the system having to do quite complex scheduling. I much prefer this to Skedpal in terms of usability. If this keeps getting better with every new release I’d consider upgrading to a paid sub for one or two extra features but for now I’m very pleased with it and it’s working for me on the free version.

Best Time and Productivity App our there.
Wow! What an app! Forget Asana or Wrike. This rocks!
Seriously, give this a try. You will not regret it.

Cannot get this to work on iPad
Really frustrating, I’ve updated my iOS, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and I either get a blank white screen or a stuck time hero logo. Urgh!!!!
